1. Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy is set by each booking platform and may vary based on your reservation terms. Please review the cancellation policy directly on the booking platform at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be issued outside of the terms defined by the platform’s cancellation policy. This policy is non-negotiable.

2. House Rules

  • No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful residence intended for quiet enjoyment. Large gatherings, parties, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • No Unauthorized Guests: Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in removal from the property without a refund.
  • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the property.
  • No Pets Unless Registered: Pets are not permitted unless they are listed on your reservation. Service animals are welcome; however, any damages or extra cleaning caused by a service animal will be billed to the guest.
  • Quiet Hours: We ask all guests to respect local quiet hours, generally observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Local city and county noise ordinances must also be followed. Violations of noise levels or disturbances to neighbors may lead to immediate removal from the property.

3. Guest Responsibility for Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to the property during their stay, including damage caused by any member of their party or visitors.
  • Accidents do happen; if something breaks or becomes damaged during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
  • Any damage costs or excessive cleaning fees may be charged to the guest’s payment method on file or through the reservation platform.
  • If any amenities (such as pools, toilets, or other appliances) are found to be non-working due to guest actions or misuse (e.g., flushing diapers or feminine products), repair costs will be billed to the guest.

4. Property Issues and Maintenance

  • Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues or damage within 24 hours of check-in. Failure to report issues may result in the guest being held liable for pre-existing damages.
  • If maintenance or repairs are needed during the stay, please notify us as soon as possible to address the issue promptly.

5. Amenities and Pools

  • Use of all amenities, including pools, is at the guest’s own risk. Guests assume full responsibility for safe use and agree to follow all posted rules for any shared or private amenities.

6. Check-In and Check-Out Times

  • Check-in and check-out times must be strictly followed. If a guest stays beyond the check-out time without prior approval, an additional fee will be charged.

7. Natural Disasters and Travel Insurance

  • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected issues, such as illness, family emergencies, or natural disasters, as we do not issue refunds for situations outside of the cancellation policy.
  • Please note, we do not provide travel insurance; this should be purchased independently for coverage as needed.

8. Violation of Terms and Conditions

  • Any violation of these terms, including breaking house rules or engaging in prohibited activities, may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Local authorities may be contacted if deemed necessary.
