Important Notice: Markup Reporting Correction
A reporting issue was recently identified related to markup fees, which are platform-related charges applied to reservations to cover the channel/hosting fees.
Following a software update implemented in January, certain markup amounts associated with reservations with stay dates in January and February were not properly reflected on owner statements. A full reconciliation of the transaction data has since been completed, and all amounts owed to owners have been calculated.
To resolve this, any missed markup payments will be issued as a separate additional payout. Because these corrections are being processed outside of the normal reporting cycle, they will not appear on prior owner statements.
The reporting issue has now been fully corrected. Beginning with March reservations and forward, markup fees are once again being properly included on owner statements as expected.
The additional deposit related to this adjustment will be effective February 20, 2026, and will be separate from the standard monthly rental payout.
